Better get the leather gloves on before trying that.

Better get the leather gloves on before trying that. Homemade water gun full of ice water. Mine will shoot 50 feet.

I won’t lie. I’ve killed a few cats that looked a lot like that. Lmao! I was just thinkin’ of swattin’ him down. I like where ya took it I like cats, when it’s 1, outside and the baddest one around. Big fat head, scarred up ears and don’t take no lip from strays. We had 1 growing up. Dad named him BA because that’s what he was.

I had a typical black and grey striped tomcat appropriately named Tiger. Or sometimes Tiger Tom. Friendliest cat ever, he'd actually rub on the legs of our old dog, while the dog looked at us in shock and confusion... He was neutered and he slowly quit coming back home... Either a yote or a fox got him or he's living the high life inside someone's house

A calico, is the best.. They have little, to no fleas. Very intelligent. And get along well, with other family pets.. But, they are best, left outside. They are know killers....

My GSP plays whacka mole with cats, can't have one in the house.
There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

Not a cat guy but my Dad was. We had a big siamese, 25lb. mostly outdoor cat. I grew up next to a swamp in central Florida. That cat would drag black swamp rabbits as big as him home and eat them. Neighbor lady hated him because he would set next to her birdbath and pick off birds coming in to land. Came home one day and wasn't doing very well. Found a fang broken off in the top of his head. No problem after a few days Came home another time and his ear was split in two. Healed and he had a cleft ear after that. Bad dude.

Have about 10-12 cats at the moment. They all live in the barn. They all come down around the house, but never inside, haven’t seen a snake or mouse around the house in years. Most of current crop are kittens. With predators around, will be like normal, winter time comes around, will be down to 4-5. The calico are usually the ones that survive and give us another crop for next t year. Always feed them just to keep them around.

When I was a kid one of the guys my Dad hunted with had one that would blood trail deer better than any dog around.

I don't particularly care for them myself. That said, I have a button that reads "A cat will invariably blink, when hit with a hammer"! Destructive invasive species, hard on song bird populations, and considered targets, if not on YOUR front porch!!!

The cat in the picture lives in my oldest daughter’s house. Very independent cat. We, as a family, come from a long line of cat lovers. I believe that, over the decades, my folks had the baddest cat. He was named Red, and he was a ball of scar tissue. His ears were chewed pretty much off. He was a big mean tomcat, and owned the cat world where we lived. But, one day when he was weakened from his battles and conquests, the neighbor’s dog (who would never have gone up against a healthy Red) killed him. My youngest brother found out about it, grabbed his shotgun, walked down the street to where that dog lived, and blew him to ragged chunks. Then he threw the ragged chunks on the neighbor’s porch. That cat had been special, and we had history. I chopped off his tail when he was young. The tail had been damaged in the car fan belt. I still have the official Boy Scout hatchet I used for the surgery. Old Red was da MAN and lives in family legend.
I’m not that fond of dogs. Don’t hate em, just don’t really care for them.
Not my monkeys, not my circus...

My GSP plays whacka mole with cats, can't have one in the house. LOL... Had 5 dogs, one was a GSP. Youngest daughter adopted a de-clawed female cat from a woman who was moving. The dogs gave that poor cat hell. Kept her treed on the mantle or on top of the curtain rods. At work one day I rescued a little tom I named Friday, the day I found him. Had him vet-checked but he was still too young to neuter. I kept him quarantined from the dogs for a while until he weighed about 2 pounds then let him out to meet the family. The dogs were all used to the de-clawed model, so when little Friday started bloodying noses and taking names it was quite the show. One by one they made a pass at him and got swiped and jumped back looking at the little ball of fur saying, "Holy crap!!! This one has sharp parts!!!". There was a new Sheriff in town.....
