My friend's wife says that sous vide is the greatest thing ever invented for their marriage. She gets a good meal now, instead of well done. Claims he can't cook, but can boil water, and then crisp the outside of their dinner!  . I don't have one (yet), but am considering it.

Beautiful plate, not big on lamb but I would dig into that ! I never had lamb until I was in my 30's because my parents had enough in their childhood to hate it. There is for sure a different texture to it, you could tell from tasting the fat there was something different about it. But it wasn't spit it back out this doesn't taste right different.

I need to take some photography and cooking lessons from you. Looks awesome. I have some small photography lights and I just use my phone to take the pictures. So it's nothing too crazy like the professionals.
