Pretty soon it’s going to be cheaper or a better value to just feed protein and not corn.

Now Buccee's deer corn is $9.99 per bag. I should have bought some last week.

There are other threads in the Deer Hunting section and within the sub forum there on corn and feed and such. You can go back and kind of follow the changes. Also, Bucees prices from location to location seem to be real close but corn will not always be the same price from location to location.

I've been buying my corn lately from Brookshires grocery stores. They have been charging 7.99 and that's cheaper than anywhere else in my area.

Cheaper if 50 lbs., about the same if 40lb bags...Do you know what one?

Beware of corn at Buccee's in Denton. I filled my feeders yesterday and some of the bags had mold inside. Never seen that before in a new bag of corn.

I hate to hear this. Those are not new bags of corn but are corn from last year harvest with no telling how long had been bagged and stored somewhere. Not all Buccee locations keep their extra pallets inside but have them lined up in back trying to cover with tarps and we know areas of TX have had lots of rain in past weeks.

Noticed that corn is going down if you watch the commodity market. How long before it hits the retail market? Soon I hope.
