I love those fryers. I’ve run a 6 basket version for a large group cook. We had 3 going at once. I was busier than a one legged waitress at IHOP.

I love those fryers. I’ve run a 6 basket version for a large group cook. We had 3 going at once. I was busier than a one legged waitress at IHOP. I was surprised at how well it did. It wasn’t under powered either. No way I could run three. Just this little was was running good for what we cooked
