For those of you who are patient, I have a 300-acre private land piece of property in Unit 34 that we are now hunting. It is pretty much a sit over water hole hunt but it is very productive. Lots of elk in the area come to use this main water source. And even better we can start hunting it with a rifle starting Oct. 1 right in the middle of the rut activity. I have worked out pricing with rancher to do a trophy fee basis hunt. This is a great opportunity and at a cheaper price to experience Unit 34 and kill a nice bull.

Pricing is 1x1 Fully Outfitted 5-Days $6,500.00 + tax then (2,500k+ tax trophy fee if bull killed)
Dates to Book: Oct 7-11 (Any weapon)

Or bring your own food for 4,500+ tax then 2,500.00 + tax trophy fee if bull killed.

It states dates to book are oct 7-11 but above it states you can start hunting oct 1.

What type of lodging and food and amenities? How far away is lodging from location?
Will this be the only time this property is hunted all season?
Is all the hunting going to be sitting over a water hole and will it be in a hide/blind or just chillin in some brush?

Oct 1-5 is booked already. Yes in tower blind sitting water is the hunt. Lodging in our brand new lodge, nicest in the area and we have about a 45 min. To hunt area. I reccomend calling or emailing, not on hear often.
