Beautiful. A fried and I were quail hunting in a pasture near Ranger. A young buck came from the house across the road to satisfy his curiosity. The buck had a red ribbon around his neck. He followed us most of the day.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Nice to look at but not so nice when they get in your garden and flower beds. When the bucks start trying to get velvet off their antlers and ruin shrubs.

They eat just about everything. Finally got my backyard fenced off last summer to keep them out.

They are a nuisance but I like watching them more than I do taking care of flowers. It’s kind of a win win 😂

Keep feeding them...right on into the garage and start to lower the garage door an inch at a time until about half way down. Come deer season set the trap. Visqueen plastic is your friend.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

grin I could definitely be wiser roflmao

Shot a few deer in my Sister's back yard (with her husband) while the girls were all out shopping.

Bang flop deer, Visqueen on the floor in the garage, hang in the garage & clean quick. All meat on ice in the back of my truck parked over yonder. Roll plastic up and taken to dumpster down the road. Inspect crime scene, if all is clear crack open a cold beer like nothing ever happened and help unload all their stuff when they pull into the garage. I miss those days.....

Great pictures. That would be the dream, to be able to see them every day like that.

That's neat. The buck has a distinctively dark face, cool trait
