Were about to purchase another 490 acres in SE Oklahoma and looking to see if their is any interest in leasing it on here? It’s close to Hugo Lake on the north end and I know for a fact it has some giant deer on it since I’ve hunted it in the past but it currently has no camp site, no water or anything other than big deer to offer at this point but I have no problem adding these things for the right situation and the right guys. It will be a guaranteed 5 plus year lease and I’m not looking for a one and done type of situation so as long as you help me take care of the property I’ll take care of you by offering equipment for foot plots, clearings, etc etc. and I’ll spend the money for water and electricity for a camp site. It’s 100% surrounded by private land and no atv’s roaming around in the off season and you will have access to treat it as your own property with zero interference from me as long as your not an idiot group of guys. I’m looking for one guy to deal with that’s not an idiot, I generally hunt our own properties myself but we have way more than I’ll ever be able to hunt so it’s come time to lease some.

I’m not dealing with a group of guys, I’m looking for a single guy to pay for the lease and to deal with on a personal level, if they gain my trust they may gain access to more property to help me manage free of charge as far as doe’s pigs, coyotes etc etc go in SE Oklahoma and NE Texas go. If your not someone capable of paying for the entire deal please don’t waste mine or yours time by asking stupid questions, I hate to be blunt like this but I don’t have time for tire kickers.

If your a serious lessor please pm me and we can discuss what your looking for and I’ll be happy to discuss the options in regards to strictly leasing the property or if your wanting water and power for a camp site.

Nice deer in the area for sure. I’ve got a house on the north side of the lake. Actually on Schooler lake. The deer hang out in the yard.
