Grilled brats and big rings of kielbasa make a nice lunch in cold rainy weather!

We always boil ours in beer for 20 minutes, then onto the grill. Also like sauerkraut on my brats as well!!
My Yote toys, Ruger 77 22-250 Foxpro 416B & numerous hand calls ************ God would never send Firefighters to Hell because we would put the fire out!

We slice a whole yellow onion and cook it in half a stick of butter until soft. Then add a can of beer and boil the brats for about 10 minutes. Remove the brats to the grill and let the beer/butter/onion keep simmering so that it reduces and top the brats with it. Good stuff!
