Yep came out perfect temp was between 350&400 and took about 10 minutes cooking 2 at a time. Birds were dressed by removing backbone along with the innards.

Plucking directions:
Scald in 160 degree water for 15 seconds, directly in pluckers for 15 seconds. They come out looking like an eraser.

Coops & More it's an online store but I drove to Mt Pleasant and picked it up. That's were there located.

Awesome! I recently had to part with my Coturnix. They are some fine eating. I like grilling them like Dove poppers with bacon and Jalepeno. Need to get me another group started.

We raised them in the 70s, Pharaoh (corturnix) and bobs. Pigeons too. Good food. Used to rat a dozen eggs for breakfast............quail eggs.

Yes EZ and fun to raise, very tasty also. I'll always have them around. From hatched to mature in 8 weeks you can't go wrong.
Wife makes a Cajun quail pasta which is WOW if you've ever had it.
