 New life at the waters edge

Hit the lake this evening and idled up on a whitetail on the bank. I killed the motor not to spook it, probably drifted by 10-15 yards off the bank and she threw her head up. As I was passing I noticed she had just given birth and was cleaning her fawn. I backed off with the trolling motor and snapped a couple pics before I gave her some space. Unfortunately I couldn't get a pic of the fawn after backing up. The strip of land she chose is actually an island 20' wide and about 400' long. Very cool. Smart doe, I doubt there are many predators on that island.
The only time I have come across a doe with a one that new I was shredding in the pasture she was in the edge of the woods but only barely so I backed out and left that part to them.
