We are occasional Sam's Club shoppers, and a friend invited me along to the new CostCo here in Idaho Falls today. Pretty similar store layout, and most products are close, or the same. One great thing I found in the sausage section there was a true Texas style, smoked beef sausage. San Antonio based company.

Great taste for a basic link, not much filler at all and not super greasy, great heavy casing and fantastic crunch, pop, and chew when bit or cut through. Seven in a package. If anyone is familiar with OPA's in Fredericksburg, this is just as good!!! I think it would a nice deer lease option Made a nice lunch, with chopped smoked white cheddar and sweet relish.

I contacted Kiolbassa a month ago asking about them if they jalapeno and cheese smoked sausage. They sent me over 30 bucks worth of free coupons. It pays to be nice instead of just complaining.

Their sausage has the least gristle of any sausage I have eaten. Great stuff.
