Its good if you cut the red meat out, if fact I would say it is really good. In a way better than crappie, what I do not like about crappie is that it is too tender, grilling it, and flipping it, it falls apart, plus crappie is bland compared to striper.

Last time I had the bearings repacked, the guy doing the work noticed the wear and offered to put new ones on at a good price. I think he said he'd get them at tractor supply.
