I want to shoot and kill the Liberty Mutual emu. Who on here can hook me up? Darting the the idiot actor would be a real plus.

Ha! I have seen some on game trail cameras in Caldwell County. Been a few years since the last sighting. Used to be a few guys that owned some near our place. A couple guys turned em loose when the market went south for them. My uncle was Turkey hunting about 10-15 years ago, and he had an emu run out toward him. He froze. Thought something must be wrong, cause he ain’t ever seen a Turkey THAT big before. Before he could register that it was an emu, and how it must have gotten there, it took off. All his buddies on the force gave him a hard time for years until another guy said he saw one during hunting season and they shares an article about how some still live in TX in the wild. Would assume the numbers are down to nothing by now.
BigPig - I’ve heard of a few folks regretting the time they caught one...
