looks great, we use the big pot and it works out pretty good just takes a while to heat the all the water.
try throwing some pinapple in there for the cool down it is really good.

Looks great Other than normal Cajun spices, did you add some type of broth or ? that made the water so brown?

A buddy has one of the crawfish cookers, it is neat, and works great, but such a waste to spend the $$$ on one for just a few times a year and then have store it.

Looks great.
A buddy has one of the crawfish cookers, it is neat, and works great, but such a waste to spend the $$$ on one for just a few times a year and then have store it. BIL has one, but probly do 8-10 crawfish boils/year. Plus crab boils, shrimp boils, and we also cook tamale meat in it. It’s handy for sure. I’m still using my collection of big pots though, when not cooking over there.

Sure could have used that cooker at the last big boil I did for the guys at work. Did 15 sacks with all the fillers in two 80 & two 100 quart pots, and one small King Cooker.
