Gun Oil I use Break Free CLP. I had a friend several years ago do a test with several swatches of clean metal and wiping a different oil or gun oil on each one, then leaving them in the weather to see which product provided the best rust protection. CLP won hands down. Been using it ever since.
Gun Grease I use any white lithium grease or marine white lithium grease.
I think a lot of people make the mistake of using oil on moving or rubbing parts that should instead have a thin coat of grease.
General gun bore cleaner I use "Eds Red". Nothing has worked noticeably better for me and having over 200 long arms I have tried a lot of stuff.

My father-i-law was a machinist and an expert gunsmith, he got me hooked on the Ed's Red and the marine white lithium grease decades ago. The Break Free CLP, that came around a few years ago, I was informed about it from an Army buddy.

I've been using Hoppes #9 & Rem Oil on my Remington 870 express that has seen all sorts of weather since i bought it new in 1994 and has yet to show any signs of rust or premature wear.

I do know that certain rust inhibitors/corrosion x can ruin bluing so be careful of what you guys use on your firearms.

Perhaps I have been lucky but I have never seen any bluing damage from corrosion-x and have been using it on guns a long time.
