I have a young friend that just acquired a Begara B-14 in 6.5 Creedmoor. He wants me to help him work up a load for it so he is gathering components as he can. He has decided on 123 gr. spitzers as his bullet choice to begin with. What powders do you 6.5 CRDMR gurus recommend? I have several that would work but wanted to save some time and powder by consulting those who currently load for it. All positive input appreciated.

Just curious, anyone try and had success with Hybrid 100? Honestly I know nothing about this powder other than I've seen it available randomly.

That’s probably on the slow side K-Redneck, but then again you won’t know till you try. I’d imagine it’ll be a compressed load.
To the OP my bolt gun loves IMR4451 and my gas gun loves RL-16 albeit it is on the slow side 38gr under a 140 ELD-M it shoots 1/4 moa if I do my part. If you want good velo I’ve worked up multiple loads with MR-2000 and had half moa accuracy with 120-142 gr projectiles.

123's you'll want a faster burn rate...look around Varget. (8208/4895/RL15/etc).

I had a Bergara b14 hunter in 6.5CM, and I just could not get it to shoot. I tried Match ammo, and hunting ammo in 6 different flavors, and I loaded Nosler 140AB and 143 ELDX to no avail. I was over it and traded it to 603 Country. I subsequently bought a Savage and easily found a load that it liked. I talked to 603country a month or so later, and he said that the rifle shot lights out for him. He was loading 120 grain something or other. I never tried the lighter bullets. You might want to PM him for info.

I love my 6.5 and I have not found a powder that it didn't like; every powder seems to have a sweet spot for the 6.5. I've worked up loads with every powder mentioned above - all worked out great. Recently, I worked up loads with Norma URP and Hodgdon Superperformance, again excellent results.

I've been working with H100V in one of my 6.5 CMs and 143 ELDXs. Velocity with 42.0 gr is in the 2780 - 2800 fps range. SDs in the single digits seem to be achievable, see the CBTO length test I shot a couple of weeks ago, all 4 shot groups. Have only shot at 100 yds so far and accuracy is pretty good with a couple of groups well under 1/2". I'm going to target 2.083" to 2.077" CBTO for my next rounds and may reduce the powder charge a bit.

Looks like you got a shooter on your hands. Good luck and be sure to share the final load you decided upon.
