Had that one NY steak left from last night. If you slice it thin enough, it will fill 3 charred tacos. Along with lots of Tabasco, cilantro crema and lime juice, sharp white cheddar, and all the Tex-Mex sweet onion and lettuce you can pile on!!

Are those home made tortillas or store bought? If store bought, what brand? They look fantastic!

I guess I'd have to say "home-made store bought". Our local grocery makes a couple thousand fresh ones every morning. They do plain, wheat, tomato, and Southwestern flavor, in both taco and burrito sizes. They are wonderful. For packing in the RV, I have found the store-bought MISSION brand to be the best for flavor and length of time they can be stored and taste fresh. The wife prefers artisan bread for breakfast, so I tend to use the smaller street-taco size in RV

Thanks Blank! We have a Kroger close to the house that makes fresh tortillas daily and they are good but they don't look anything like the ones you are getting. Which is unfortunate!
