Do you keep your guns loaded and in your safe? If so, chambered?
Do you keep your extra magazines loaded as well?
Edit: I myself keep all magazines full and every one cocked and chambered, with safety on.
Thanks.

Most of the guns are unloaded. I keep 2 loaded rifles. One for me, one for my wife.

It depends on the guns. I only keep defensive guns loaded in the safe, and not even all of those. Most handguns are stored in factory boxes, so not much sense in keeping those loaded. None of my bolt actions are loaded. Some magazines are loaded, but I have at least ten mags for every firearm and there isn't much sense in keeping them all loaded.

ARs are loaded for bear. Bolt rifles have full mags, empty chambers.

Everything in the safe is unloaded
All staged Defense guns are loaded and chambered
Pretty much all mags are loaded ready to roll. Not much use if they aren’t loaded.

All guns in my main safe are unloaded as I'm in and out of it all the time and dont keep any home defense or carry guns in it. I only use Vline safes for home defense guns because of the simplex lock - heard too many stories and read too many reviews of electronic locks failing.

All the AR’s in the lock box safe have bcg removed to keep in small safe. Shotguns are just unloaded. I need a real gun safe.

No kids around so I don't have to worry about that. I keep a loaded handgun in every room, including bathrooms. I keep a loaded shotgun by my bed and another in my gun room. Since I live in town, the only rifle I keep loaded is my Marlin 1894 in 44 Rem Mag. If I ever have to pull that thing out and start sending rounds downrange, someone is going to have a very, very bad day.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

One defensive weapon in each safe loaded and chambered. Years ago, I bought some little leather and velcro straps that say "Loaded" and those are on the front of trigger guards of loaded weapons, Numerous loaded mags for everything.
All other firearms unloaded. But we treat everything like it's loaded per rule #1.
God is so good to me.

I have a gun.... and I keep my bullet in my shirt pocket.

The only guns that are loaded in the safe are the two pistols in my Hornady RAPiD safe. The rest in the big safe are unloaded.
