There's a good chance you own one of these, if your vehicle uses a filter cartridge. I got tired of oil going everywhere after unscrewing the filter canister to remove and replace the filter itself. If you have this problem when changing your oil and don't have one, like everything else you will find them on Amazon.

I hate those plastic cartridges.... Especially if it was last changed at the dealer ship and some Monkey used an impact wrench on it....
