I don't post a whole lot on here, but I really love this swedge blade I came up with

8" OAL the cutting edge is 3" the swedge edge is 2 1/4 and sharp. High Carbon Steel high hollow ground and gun blued. The handle is Black Micarta with black liners and lanyard. Makes a great tactical personal defense knife and certainly be used as a skinner. The sheath is veg tan leather saddle stitched. The sheath is double welted, fits the knife like a glove.

That's badass!

A knife like that will do a food job at any task you give it.
