Too hot to cook much in the RV, so played with just one small pot. I had started the afternoon with a Capt Morgan and Coke, but you can’t cook with that. How about a new twist?? Chilled Jose Cuervo margarita/sugar reduction cooked shrimp. 3 leaf lettuce bowl, with fresh tomato and lemon zest and juice. Mediterranean Sea salt and spices.
