I almost had a candle light dinner tonight. Didn't see an lights on in my neighbors houses. I'm the only one with underground power connections.

Wings are dark meat. I like them all. Breaded, bare, grilled, fried, smoked, sweet, spicy....bring it.

Both. Fried naked/extra crispy/xtra hot, the hotter the better.

Wings are white meat, usually you have a little breast meat on the drumett. White meat comes from the least used muscles on a bird. Chickens o not use their wings much and when they do fly the or flap the wings the breast is involved. They walk and run a lot hence the legs and thighs being dark.
Interesting on a goose or duck the breast and wings are darker than the thighs.

Either. Grilled only. No breading - and here at home we use Frank's on 'em.
In the biz, they're called wingettes and drumettes. Normally packed in 40 lb. cases labeled "disjointed wings", cuz they're two separate pieces. Not separate? Those are whole wings (but those also have the flapper end piece)
Smoke them and you will never grill them again. Not many restaurants smoke wings, so not many people know about it. It is a wonderful flavor. Add wing sauce and they are a religious experience. I was in Oklahoma at a restaurant that the owner was trying it. Gave us a few for free. My wife uses the air fryer to get the calorie count low without having to fire up the BGE.

Boneless. More meat and less work. Besides, have you ever ate the mango habanero wings with your hands and then took a piss, only to find out that you didn’t get it all off your hands?
