Finally got the roll off delivered and a break in the weather to clean off the trash left by the previous owners. This is a 30 yard dumpster and it’s gonna take one more before it’s all gone. This guy sat and watched but unfortunately was of little help.

Looks like perfectly good rebar to me!

Looks like perfectly good rebar to me! oh there was alot of "treasures" i did keep a few t-posts and a big cable with a loop and hook. They forgot to tell me about a 2nd trash pile that was strategically hidden in the woods, stumbled across it while looking for a shady spot to park the portable toilet. Bunch of old construction crap, doors, carpet, etc.

I've told him I wanna help too. I think he's going out there for "lone wolf" therapy.

Proud work. I almost never leave our place without some kind of junk headed for the dumpster.

I filled up one of those big roll offs earlier this month. Probably could fill another. $700 for the big one for a month. Have a friend that keeps one on his place. They fill it, and they deliver another. But he throws old wooden posts and other wood away.... Tried to get him to make a burn pile, but I don't think it sunk in...

Never ends. Several years ago we hauled a bunch of stuff off our place previous owners and hunters left. We had some concrete poured and after we left we found out the concrete trucks pulled right outside our gate and emptied the truck before they left. Took me several trips with the FEL on the tractor to haul all that off.

Took me several trips with the FEL on the tractor to haul all that off. One of my fondest memories of my dad involves a concrete mixer driver and his slag. We owned a few, undeveloped acres next to our family business. He and I were leaving for somewhere and when Dad was backing out, a mixer driver drove in our drive, into the field, and commenced to clean his rig out on our property. Dad bailed out and stormed over there. Said mixer driver suddenly had something pressing going on, back inside the cab. (I'd seen this before. ) Dad was screaming up at a closed window and that stupid bastard didn't have the huevos to get out. He just slowly put it in gear. Dad was a pistol. Good Lord, I miss that man every day.
