We are going to be leasing some land from our neighbor. We will be subleasing it to some bowhunters but we need to produce a lease agreement with the landowner. I've been a lessee on several hunting leases over the decade and that always covered things like off road vehicle use or management restrictions. But I need just what would one have with the landowner themselves.
