The family has decided to offer 6 whitetail buck hunts. Previously this had been limited to family and a few close friends. The population has increased and there are an abundance of mature bucks that need to be removed. This ranching family are stewards of the land and thus are great caretakers of the environment. The ranch is approximately 3000 acres under high fence and meticulously managed. The ranch has facilities. You will have a guide and his goal is to get you on your targeted buck early in the hunt. If that happens then you move on to hunt hogs, javelinas, does and culls for the duration of your stay. Meals are provided. The ranch will offer management hunts into the trophies. When you book your hunt the ranch needs an idea of what you would like to hunt. These are NOT pen raised deer. Its what mother nature provides and cottonseed adds into the mix. The following pictures will show the quality deer that have grown on this ranch.

The first two are culls. The euro buck was 91/2 yrs old, the other was 61/2. The management fighter heavy 8 was 6 the 10 was 6 based on teeth if you believe teeth wear.... Anyway, my point is the ranch has a lot of very solid mature deer that need to be harvested. Not all are trophies -we need to get the average bucks off also to maintain the level of quality this ranch has developed.

As I said above there are some really nice deer on this ranch. I personally watched a number of them last winter knowing they would make another jump this year in size. You won't be disappointed.The shed is from two years ago. He is still walking and a lot bigger. The buck with the pretty lady aged out at 91/2yrs old.........
