Smoked a little pastrami on the REC TEC yesterday. Cooked 2 nice flats that weighted about 10.5 pounds. Came out with 7.2 pounds of sliced pastrami. Makes a great Reuben. Pass the sauerkraut please.. Yes it does. This Ruben is from a while back from some Pastrami I made last year. I made enough this time to last a while.
