Of course, I usually do chicken fried steak. Occasionally, I will make fajitas with it. But, I'm looking for different ideas. What do you do with your cube steak besides Chicken Fry?

Like Bill if it was already cubed I've done venison stir fry. If it's not too cubed up chunk it up and marinate and grill some on skewers.

Fajitas ! That's what I ended up doing tonight. My wife and girls are the pickiest eaters I've ever seen. They won't eat half the stuff I make, and I make some pretty damn good stuff...patting myself on the back...
