I've got kin folk from Louisiana that introduced me to robin hunting/cooking & eating when I was a boy, a tradition that I continue whenever they show up down here (which isn't often). My Mamaw could cook up some robin gravy. food

Robin is some good eating!

Very good eating, had Robin many years ago. Grilled over an Oak fire in the woods, the fella that killed them said to always cook them on the spot. I asked why and he said, less of a chance of getting caught. Found out later he was well known to the local game wardens.

I’m like skinner....I have people in La. Including 2 cousins in Mamou, La. They are crazy.
Look up definition of coon azz in dictionary and their pics will be there. But some of the best people ever IF they like you
I’m sure at some point I’ll see them on that show....being ticketed or cuffed

The show was great but why were the wardens wearing masks while riding around in their trucks confused2 Didn't make a lick of sense to me.

Once was enough for me.
