Another lion video for y’all from Arizona. I go through how I picked this spot in the video. I was hoping for some bears, but I am probably a month or two early to be looking for them this low. I have an archery bear tag in this unit right now, but the bears are at higher elevations right now. We had a cool April (possibly making them emerge from dens late) and the drought has really hurt the food offered by the plants down low. Next time I get out I’m going up to 7,000-8,000 feet. My wife wants to go back to Texas when I’m through working out here. I’ll sure miss the mountains.
