Cooked up dinner for my wife. My mother in law and my mom. Waygu ribeyes. Skilled potatoes covered in cheese and salad. Appetizers were whole stuffed jalapeños and crab claws.

I love it. Use it for everything. Only pan I use. I just got the finex 1 quart sauce pot to go with it. Used it on the grill to melt the butter for the crab claws.

We will have seafood fest tomorrow!! Wild caught sockeye cedar planked salmon, cedar planked lobster tails and giant u12 shell and head on shrimp grilled with some asparagus! I plan to be stuffed lol
