I've always cooked the heart in a guiso, or deep fried...but, tonight I grilled it. I followed this guy's recommendation for marinading it. https://honest-food.net/grilled-deer-heart-recipe/ It was very good. I cooked it a tad more rare than the pics in the recipe and was surprised at how tender it was. I think the marinade actually detracted from the meat a little bit. Next time I'm just going to season and grill. I might have found a new favorite way to cook the heart. Corazon is bueno!! Heart is great on many animals! Beef heart is good and fairly cheap!! Med rare and your good to go!
