It is loud a loud screeching and clicking sound.

Sure those need to be pretty well balanced, blades that is. Are there any noticeable parts, bolts, spacers missing? Maybe something logged in the reel, throwing it off balance????? Hope it’s nothing serious, and if it is, hopefully warranty issues won’t be a problem. Good luck!!!!

Might also look to see if something might have gotten wedged into one of the drive belt pulleys, causing an eradicate change in belt drive revolution??????

Are the reel and drive roller engaged at the same time? If so, any way to separate? That way you could determine if it’s in the reel, or drive. Just suggestions..... can’t really get a good “feel” off the videos even after watching several times. Just shooting from the hip, but trying to help.

May also check for any slack in reel mounting bearings, ball bearing cage may have failed, which would cause bearings to stack, and would cause a balance issue and screeching noise.....

That would be my guess. Blade does not pivot at all.

Without seeing it I’d say a bearing failure or something loose on the rear of the blade assembly,, I can say for certainty your continuing to run it is definitely not helping the situation roflmao

Good luck, today’s companies don’t seem to work that way but I hope so for your sake.

sounds like a bad bearing, could be in a idler/tensioner pulley. I would remove the belt and spin any and all pulleys by hand and check for roughness, binding or excess play. If you spin one and it keeps on spinning and spinning, or stops quickly, bad ball bearing.

At the end of both of your first 2 videos you can see the drive pulley wobbling. I would look and see if it is loose and hitting something.

what does it sound like if you try mowing grass instead of concrete? In other words, what does it sound like sitting on turf?

Awww, come on guys, it's so simple maybe you need a refresher course. Hey! It's all ball bearings nowadays. Now you prepare that Fetzer valve with some 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads, and you're gonna need 'bout ten quarts of anti-freeze, preferably Prestone. No, no make that Quaker State. My money is on this being a faulty Fetzer valve. Nothing a good set of pliers and 30-weight ball bearings can’t fix.
