It's not larkspur, Texas Vervain, or any horsemint that I can find a picture of. Looked online and in the Texas wildflower book. It's all over the ranch right now. Looks like a native salvia. Most likely a Mealy-cup or blue sage (Salvia farinacea), based on bloom and foliage. Hopefully others have some input and can confirm.
