Got an assembly line going on outside, on the electric griddle with 6# of thick cut. Gonna leave in the RV in the morning for AZ, and this way it is already done. Timesaver!! Since I did so much of it, it seemed a perfect excuse to do sandwiches for supper. If you sautéed up some shrimp in butter and Magic Dust for the middle, it seems only proper to do DOUBLE-bacon on either side of the little fellas!! And yep, they do go better with bacon!
