Does anyone have a large hammer drill I could rent or borrow? I have no issue paying for the use of it and will take all responsibility if anything happens to it in the way of having it repaired or replaced if needed. I can’t find anywhere to rent one and I don’t really want to spend that kind of money to use one for a day. I need to drill a hole in a rock and my little half inch drills not working out very well

Where are you located? We have a bunch of big hammer drills for rent. Just about any rental store should have them.

I've never seen home depot rent all of theirs in a day. They usually have Bosch and makita available, as well as all the bits.

Our rental places don’t have one according to them and our HD doesn’t rent equipment so I’m left tracking one down, small town living at its finest.

Define "large". I have on in Denton you're welcome to, but I wouldn't consider it large. But, it has done everything I have asked it to do.

There’s two rental stores I. Pairs I know of the green machine and the one just north of the loop that is a bobcat dealer now. I take your word they don’t have one but that’s surprising to me being a rental store owner. We rent them out every day.

I contacted both of them and one other and they said they didn’t, I don’t rent things very often so I’m not sure what they normally carry. Generally if I need something I’ll buy it but in this instance it’s literally a one and done situation and can’t justify buying a drill I’ll never use again, either way I have one located and in good shape now..
