I have a flag pole in the front yard by the street. I proudly fly the American flag as well as an Army flag for my son. Admittedly, the American flag had seen better days. I had a random gentleman leave a brand new one on my porch today. Now I have to try and figure out who he is so I can shake his hand.

Probably a boy scout or a patriot rider. When I was in scouts we would do that, and I ride with a few patriot riders who carry extras just for that reason.

I have 2 neighbors pushing the 90 mark who have their flags flying year round. I just replaced both of the flags Saturday.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.
