The MIL had her 90th BDay party but really never had a special dinner. I asked what she would like and she said prime rib, so got one going right now. Doing the hot/fast method of 500 for 15 minutes then 275 until thermometer says 120 degrees. Hope to get a decent picture posted.
We cut in some egress window for our basement, and cut thru power and DSL cables (Oooops), so only have my phone tonight. The City electricians were great! The Pakistani call center reps for computer - no so much!!!
