I have been trying to eat a little healthier since the first of the year. We use yellow and zucchini squash too! Throw in some fresh peppers and garlic after sautéing the sausage and you can get right FAST!
Also have added mushrooms or used spicy breakfast sausage too.
Big ones line-up, little ones bunch-up

Nothing wrong with that. Cabbage especially red cabbage is high in sulfur which is good for helping the body make anti-oxidants.
