Does anybody know how to talk to a person from Dyson

There call center is not in the United States judging by the conversations I’ve suffered thru.

I’d prefer to talk with someone who speaks English as a first language

Yes, my vacuum is broken and it’s only a few weeks old. Best Buy says contact Dyson.

Website has authorized service centers.

I had one worked on a few years ago, took it to a Authorized Service Center near my house, Was easy

It’s in Farmers Branch, I’m not driving there until I can get someone to talk to me on the phone. Dyson can’t get any communication out of them either

I have owned one now for about 8 years. Nothing comes close in performance and reliability for the price FME, so I have never had to contact them yet......

They had one in Frisco, but this was about 10 years ago.

Does Dyson have a Spanish language option when you call their support number? If so try it - there’s a good chance you’ll get someone who speaks English and is based in North America.

Return it and buy another one. It is my understanding that is mandated under the Assumed Warranty laws. I've done it at Home Depot.

I also did it at Best Buy with an over the counter Samsung microwave. The had to pay their service man to remove it.

Sounds to me like you abused your vacuum cleaner. Warranty won't cover that.

I’ve just filled out warranty stuff on line. They have a service center in DFW. I’ve gone through two batteries

There is a small shop in Mesquite called The Vacuum and Sewing Shop. We bought our Dyson there a few years ago and the lady was super nice,they sell and repair Dyson and usually have the parts in stock.

I have gotten parts from this shop and I have had work done at the shop RedRanger mentioned. I also have gotten parts from a small shop in Grapevine near my house. I have an Animal and a cordless. Both great machines. Broke some plastic parts but generally very happy

If it's only a few weeks old, I'd be back at Best Buy telling them to F-Off and demanding they exchange the vacuum. Whichever minimum wage BB employee told you to call Dyson was just trying to get you to go away. if they still didn't exchange it, I'd buy another one, put the old one back in the box and return it that way.

Best Buy told me to pound sand, it has a 14 day warranty thru Best Buy.

While I appreciate the responses, what part of person who speaks English as a first language is hard to comprehend.

I was REALLY hoping somebody had a phone number to Dyson that people actually answered, not a 45 minute hold and a person from the Philippines
