As we were cleaning up the kitchen after dinner late yesterday evening, I spotted a sounder of hogs at the feeder below the house. There was barely enough light remaining to shoot, but Jane made good use of what there was; she stepped out on our bedroom porch and dropped this sow at 167 yards. Keep After 'Em! Did you do the dishes? Well done ma’am! We tend to swap back and forth...Jane happened to be at the sink this time. I fetched her rifle while she dried her hands and then spotted for her from the den windows. She doesn't use much ammo; I can't remember the last time she missed!
