Know the place extremely well. That appears to be the Seguin location. The one is New Barnflies is much bigger. On any given Saturday morning there will be twelve to sixteen attendants, butchers or whatever you want to call them behind the meat counter.
Besides sausages and dried meats, they have bunches of other unique food products. They'll cut anything to order. Their smoked pork chops go well over a bed of sauerkraut. Just put the kraut in a pan, place the chops on top, heat up an oh my.

Have not been to the Seguin location yet. Do visit the NB and Pleasanton locations. Got the wife hooked on the tenderized pork cutlets, so she stops by once a week for that. I visit the Pleasanton shop on the way to the lease.

I make it by the the New Braunfels stores occasionally. It is a good place to get sausage making supplies like casings, cure, cheese, string, etc. It is the only place that I know that you can get paunas, aka scrapple. I have never had theirs but I have heard it is good. We make our own.

The panass is only surpassed by their pepper bacon.

I've yet to have anything from them that is not good. It is all good and fresh every time.
There fresh garlic sausage is one of my favorites for sure on the pit.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Very, very good fo sho We make our own still and we load it with meat and make it pretty spicey so I'm a bit spoiled with it.
