Well, our Spring kinda morphed back into a little bit of winter, with snow this morning and light rain straight out of the North. I worked in the welding shop all morning, re-building some trailer hitches and bike racks for our trip down to Arizona in two weeks. I was chilled to the bone!! Low Country Brunswick stew today, spent all day on the stove. Shredded chicken and pork, simmered in chicken stock until pull-apart tender, plenty of spices, potatoes, onions, baby butter beans, and kernel corn. Started out at 24 degrees this morning, never even hit 40. Definitely was stew time!!
