Sorry for heavy pics, but they were worthwhile.

The MIL doesn't ever ask for anything special to eat, but last night she said she would really like to have some fried ring sausage and bell peppers. Not a problem, but I had already started a big pot of beans and chunk brisket too, so we would have that in addition!!! Fresh tortillas, fried sausage, fried bells, fried jalapeños and Texas sweet onion, and a big pot of beans with chunked brisket, and cheese topper. Can't move now; I may have to go apply for a handicap sticker!!!

Used the quartered tortillas for little shovels the first time thru, but just KNEW someone would find fault with not making a taco out of the whole thing. Fooled ya.

I really lucked out 43 years ago, and got two great in laws. I think they liked me more than the wife did, the first 5 years!!

Haha. Have to blend it up some, there are so many good things out there to eat. The girls do enjoy the variety.

If you'd ask my wife tho, she would say I could survive on some form of tacos, peppers, and onions every day!!!
