People have been saying the exact same thing on this forum for months but the message gets lost in the mud slinging.

To date I personally know more people who have died after receiving the vaccine than those who died "from" COVID.

Everyone that I PERSONALLY know (now up to 6 as of Friday) - has been over the age of 65 and considered healthy for their age and all died within 10 days of their second dose. Those that died "from" COVID were all grossly or morbidly obese and/or had underlying health conditions whether known or not before their deaths.

4 out of the 6 were cardiac-failure related deaths. One was anaphylaxis - one was stroke.

Could be pure coincidence - could not. We will never know.

I knew about the no-disclosure stuff and that the vaccine is not a preventative. I also knew that little to no info has been released on any of them except the "soundbites".

Not going to point by point this guy, some of it is legit some of it is fluff designed for fear pandering, but i want to bring up a point that i have tried to in the past but been shot down for doing so....

This happened in trumps admin. Trump was responsible for implementing all the start up and execution of everything that has gone on to date with covid, up to and including talking to the governors and recommending they shut down their states for a time. Vaccine development and roll put occurred during trump.

If trump was our political savior, how can there be so much wrong with what he did regarding covid?

I am asking just because i voted for him both times, i think most of us did, and yet we want to pass the blame on all this stuff to zuckerberg, gates, biden now...seems kind of disingenuous.

Trump is no disease expert as Sleepy Joe isn't either. They take recommendations from their "experts" which are the same essentially for the last administration and this one. No one knew how to handle a raging manufactured disease like this . . . and they still don't. There are no rules.

Trump is not perfect. His good grades come from economic growth, American growth, and keeping his word better than any politician in our history. Because he is a "doer" he attacked this disease and its spread the only way he knew how. He did let the scientist handle it.

I neither blame him or curse him for the path this disease has taken in America but don't applaud him either for the tactics either. He admits mistakes and got a ton of push back for trying to correct them (ie: the shutdowns). The social media giants had a very large hand as they disseminated and/or blocked a lot of the COVID-19 and Trump info.

So what would you have done differently with this unknown COVID-19 entity if you'd have gad the power to be America's political savior

My Company (me) won't ask employees (me and my wife) to get the vaccine.

First, No one voted for Trump to be their political savior. It was exactly the opposite. People were fed up with the Washington politicians.
Second, Trump did not have the luxury that Biden has with a year of learning about this virus. He was in office on day 0 and had to rely on the “experts”. Most of those experts were definitely not working in his favor and the Demorat machine seized this as an opportunity and we know how that turned out.

To your final statement..... If this was not politicized from the get go, we would be in a much better place. Follow the money.

The vaccines and operation warp speed were Trump’s doing, even though Biden has repeatedly tried to take the credit. Joe was still hiding in his basement. I agree that politicization of covid was a crappy move that should have been a bipartisan effort from the outset. If the shoe had been on the other foot though, Republicans would have done the same thing. In that respect they are all politicians. It was Trump’s bad luck to be in office when a generational opportunity fell in the dems lap. I believe Trump handled covid as well as other world leaders. Presidents just don’t survive those kind of moments in time. But yep, Trump is due the credit for the rapid vaccine development.

I note with interest that you chose not to refute the core of the article, choosing instead to deflect and take on the political angle.

There's so much false information in that article it's hard to know where to begin.

For one, this study wouldn't have taken place if an IRB didn't approve it. They wouldn't have approved it without informed consent. Pfizer actually dismissed a participant due to them not signing informed consent.

There are strong safety indicators, but the author is misleading about long-term safety. By law, they can't have a control group once the vaccine shows efficacy (which it has). The researchers are ethically bound to inform the participants they received the placebo and offer them the vaccine. mRNA research is decades old, with clear safety indicators apart from this study.

Efficacy after 2 30 ug doses is 95%. If you're not getting it, you're not transmitting it.....

and your kids will not be able to return to school and college until they are vaccinated. you dont want it ,fine , they will give it to the kids starting at 16.

If you don't want the vaccine then don't take it. Seems pretty simple.
