Okay, so looks like there's plenty of not so bright people here. Unless you're a qualified medical professional (doctor, nurse, scientific researcher), then your opinion on the vaccine is just that, an opinion. It's not backed up by any real evidence in any capacity, so you're not helping this person at all.
1. As a hospice nurse you need to get vaccinated so you don't put those you take care of at an unnecessary higher risk, but you probably already know that.
2. Your employer can fire you for refusing to be vaccinated, especially in a nursing setting. They don't have to keep you hired.

Now that that's been established, I recommend getting either Pfizer or Moderna. The side-effects appear to be nowhere near as bad. I had my second dose of Moderna on Thursday and yesterday I didn't feel great, but I feel perfectly fine today. Same goes for my parents with their Moderna shots. I know a few people who got Pfizer and they didn't really feel much after the second shot, other than a sore arm for a couple days. If you have the choice, go for Pfizer or Moderna. If not, J&J is still a solid choice and you should get it. Whichever one you get, you've satisfied the condition of employment and you're safer from the virus and those around you are safer as well.

Wife and I got J&J last Tuesday. I had a mild headache for about 12 hours and she was achy for about 48 hours. Both feel totally fine now.

Wife & I have had both shots of the Moderna. Sore arm both times, and we were a little 'off' for a day after the 2nd shot, but no major issues.

Got both Pfizer. Sore arm and drowsy the first time. Second time sore arm, but way less sore than the first. Drove and hour to go to canton and spent the day with the wife. Good way to burn a couple sick days.

Had both Pfizer shots. Little arm soreness with first one (treated with Tylenol) and no side effects with second.

Respiratory Therapist since '78 so probably have a pretty good immune system.
