Five years ago when everyone thought I was crazy I invested in Bitcoin. After that paid off nowadays I just get up early to to wait at the local Academy to buy all the ammo and resale online online in the parking lot for triple what I paid. Then I go to that that corner to hire a bunch of illegals for basic construction jobs at a 4x markup. The money just flows in. I donate 10% to the Democratic Party.
I meant this for a joke but it’s not all that funny. In fact I’m now angry. I shouldn’t be. Don’t worry too much or carry anger. Enjoy life as best you can. Spend time with kids and grandkids. If you don’t have them then volunteer for some good cause. Make your life happy.

That sucks. I never knew you got turned into a liberal for putting a little money in crypto. I may have to go sit in the corner for a while.

JP as the janitor, I expect you've cleaned up on crypto... Me and a few others have been talking about bitcoin here and on the TFF for years. It got to the point that I stop commenting due to all the sarcasm. I may lose it all if bitcoin crashes, but I've done pretty well. Planning to hold it for many more years.

I have done very well with crypto. My only regret was not investing more. I could have retired in a few years time if I had.

Money doesn’t buy happiness. I would argue there are more unhappy rich people than poor people
The good life is being content with what you have been given and having good people surrounding, knowing your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and trying to emulate your life after His.

Money is nice that it can buy convenience. Hats off to the op though. I didn’t bet with Bitcoin. I have done well with AMD!

You're right, money can't buy happiness....but it can buy lots of guns, fishing tackle, and week long excursions to places like Costa Rica that are full of smoking hot Latinas.....and that my friend, is happy happy.

Life is nothing but 2 dots and a dash. The first dot is when you are born, the last dot is when you die. The dash is what you make of your life.
In the old days of real cafes and waitresses, the waitress would holler out 2 dots and a dash, meaning an order for 2 eggs and slice of bacon.
THE DASH by Linda Ellis
I read of a man who stood to speak at the funeral of a friend. He referred to the dates on the tombstone from the beginning… to the end.
He noted that first came the date of birth and spoke of the following date with tears, but he said what mattered most of all was the dash between those years.
For that dash represents all the time they spent alive on earth and now only those who loved them know what that little line is worth.
For it matters not, how much we own, the cars… the house… the cash. What matters is how we live and love and how we spend our dash.
So think about this long and hard; are there things you’d like to change? For you never know how much time is left that still can be rearranged.
To be less quick to anger and show appreciation more and love the people in our lives like we’ve never loved before.
If we treat each other with respect and more often wear a smile… remembering that this special dash might only last a little while.
So when your eulogy is being read, with your life’s actions to rehash, would you be proud of the things they say about how you lived your dash?

Anna Nicole Smith lived up near 603. He dated her before Howard Marshall came to town.
