David Chipman—known for strong gun control views (and for spreading lies about the federal government's disastrous siege of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas)—is President Joe Biden's nominee for Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the main federal agency tasked with enforcing U.S. gun laws. Chipman has recently been serving as senior adviser to former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords' gun control group. For more than two decades, he worked for ATF, a tenure that included working as a case agent on the Branch Davidian trial.

Well, he's the nominee.

ATF enforces the laws, they don't make them. Either way, you know he is a peach if Biden selects him.

They make up "rules" and call them laws.

Chipmen was at both Waco and Ruby Ridge...that's all anyone needs to know about the man's character. But if you want more he has stated to the media that the Branch Dividians shot down 2 Texas Air National Guard blackhawks with .50 Barrets (total lies, they did not have Barrets and no helicopters were shot down at all) - indeed it's been alleged (some say proven) that the FBI shot at the Dividians from a hellicopter.

Every single Republican Senator better fillibuster his gun confiscating [censored] until they are literally dead off their feet.
