No one can answer your question without knowing what surrounds it. If it is all 20 acre plots, the hunting value is 0--------- if it borders two --- thousand acre tracts then 4 hunters at $2500 each. For starters I"d post a google earth pic to give people the general idea.

No offense richard, but that would be like asking whats the going price for a car. You can get a lot of help of here but you gotta give up a lot more information. Start by telling us if youre selling or leasing. I hope its leasing cause selling we would need even more info.

It’s leasing. Just found out one buck county and get 6-7 doe tags. I think too pricy at 10k

If it’s Caldwell County you also have restricted doe hunting during general season 4 days outside of archery, youth seasons.

If your only looking at it as “pound of meat per dollar”, no deer lease (especially buying property) makes any financial. sense.

He said they get 6-7 doe tags so they have to be on MLD.

Both Caldwell & Guadalupe counties have the same whitetail regulations.
both are antler restriction 2 buck counties.

I'd be interested in leasing if the price is right. I don't hunt deer. Just hogs, coyote, bobcat, fox and turkey. I have my own feeders and stands.
