Just had mine today. It was baked inside of a pie crest and topped a scoop if ice cream.

One of the worst fruits one can have along with bananas May I ask what you are basing this on? In moderation, like all things, most believe that these two fruits are very beneficial and have their place in a balanced diet. Now based on the fad and quick fix diets of today maybe not.

In moderation, like all things, most believe that these two fruits are very beneficial and have their place in a balanced diet. Now based on the fad and quick fix diets of today maybe not. Basing this on one medium apple has 25 carbs. I am diabetic. Sugar is sugar, whether an apple or a Coke. At the fad carb diet I’m on eating one apple puts me over on my allowed sugars/carbs.

Pretty much what I thought. Based on outliers I can see how it would not fit into those “special” circumstances. For the average person, they are excellent sources in a balanced diet. "Apple" cider vinegar...all good for diabetics.
Because an individual is a diabetic, that does NOT mean apples are bad for you. It means they might be good for "you"! They are great overall, for everyone else!
Get the diabetes in control, then enjoy your apples.
