The vertical ones are lean ground beef and cumin, mixed with long grain wild rice, cheddar cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. The horizontal ones are chicken, Basmati rice, pepper jack cheese, and cream of chicken soup. Couple of small Malva puddings from South Africa for desert (basically soft liquidy apricot cake, with warm vanilla custard over top). Lots of hot sauce on my peppers
